About The Holistic Hut
The Holistic Hut opened in 2017 and is based in a wooden cabin in a peaceful garden in Rickmansworth. The Holistic Hut is the result of my experience while travelling and working in different industries. Stress is the greatest health problem our nation is currently facing, it is the mission of The Holistic Hut to help as many people as possible find harmony, happiness and health.

I am a fully insured, ITEC qualified practitioner and a member of the CThA (Complementary Therapist Association). I did my first course in 2004, and have slowly gained techniques and styles over the years. I have done a variety of different jobs over the years, and worked abroad for some time. After deciding that I wanted to make my career in Complementary Therapies I was lucky enough to work at a local spa as a Massage Therapist for 2 years. In March 2019 I won the English Hair and Beauty Awards “Masseuse of the Year 2019” award for Chapter 3 (SE England). I am passionate about my work, and I see the proof of how beneficial massage can be every day.
